Two new patterns! Artemis Clutch and Artemis Shoulder Bag

I’m so happy to release my two newest patterns together. The Artemis Clutch and Artemis Shoulder Bag coordinate to make a cute set! The clutch pattern is available in two styles, a wide-bottomed style with pleats, and a slim version. The shoulder bag pattern is available in two sizes, Small and Large. They can be purchased separately or bundled together for a discount.

Late last year I decided I wanted to design a pattern specifically for showcasing panels. I worked on it off and on, and eventually decided that I wanted to make a coordinating zipper pouch. Both patterns have gusset pleats that I think are so pretty! As kind of an afterthought, I decided to make a slim option for the clutch pattern. Once I did that, I knew I needed to make pocket options, because I could tell it would make a great wallet. Sure enough, I’ve been carrying a slim version around as a wallet and it’s perfect for carrying all my cards and money plus room for my phone and some extras. The shoulder bag is a semi-slouchy style, depending on your fabric choice. I have made a bunch, but the one that has become my daily bag is made out of a supple solid colored vinyl, and has just the right amount of slouch. And plenty of pockets! The green bag and gold clutch below are the set I’m currently carrying.

I have so many fantastic tester photos, so I’m going to split those into two different posts, one for each pattern. Here are the Artemis Clutch tester photos, and here are the Artemis Shoulder Bag tester photos. Both patterns can be purchased separately, but also together as a discounted bundle. The individual patterns and the bundle are on sale this weekend, through Monday, March 8th. They can be purchased here:

Here are some photos of the shoulder bag and clutch together! You can see that the clutch fits perfectly inside the bag.

And I had some testers who sewed both clutch and purse. I was so impressed with their results! My testers are fantastic. Here are some photos of them together.
